Advent Decorating of Sanctuary in Munster

On Sunday 29 November 2015 following the service, we decorated the sanctuary for Advent. There were many people there of all ages scurrying about and decorating things beautifully. As in previous years Mary Tubman provided beautiful items for each window sill. We decorated our Christmas tree with a slightly different variety of ornaments, based on the decorators favourites. Following the completion of the sanctuary decorating, everyone sat down to a wonderful selection of pot luck food and a great time of fellowship. A huge thank you to all who gave their time and artistic talents to decorate the sanctuary for everyone to enjoy.

Here are some photos of the mornings activities.

The Christmas tree turned out looking very pretty.

Some people see flair in certain items. Here is a great display of artistic vision using a garland.
Also, the three choristers on the pulpit seem to be an attraction annually.
They supplement the regular choir, but their singing is too soft to be heard and they are short one voice part.
